HP released software update for iPAQ Voice Messenger:

"This package updates the Key Guard feature for the HP iPAQ Voice Messenger. With the Key Guard activated while on a call, the keypad keys 0-9, *, and # will be enabled and accessible.
This release allows the update to be performed on the HP iPAQ Voice Messenger device.
ENHANCEMENTS:
- The purpose of Key Guard is to lock all keys and buttons from accidental presses and actions, especially while carrying the device in a pocket or a bag. Additionally, the Key Guard locks the keys and buttons except the Answer/Send and Ignore/End buttons for all calls. When enabled during calls, the Key Guard is useful in preventing accidental touches of the Mute and Menu buttons.
- This softpaq enhances the usability of the device when the Key Guard is enabled during calls. Users will now be able to use the keypad keys 0-9, *, and # despite the Key Guard being activated during calls. This is helpful while entering a passcode for joining a conference call meeting or entering commands to manage the voicemails or financial transactions."
